قامت شركة الحفر المصرية بإطلاق برنامج السلوك المبنى على السلامة (BBS) لجميع أطقم العمل بأجهزة الحفر لتعديل وتغير ثقافه الموظفين تجاه السلامة وحثهم على الإلتزام بقواعدها دون الحاجه لوجود رقيب.
وقد التقي المهندس. أحمد سليمان، مدير إدارة الجودة و السلامة و الصحة المهنية والبيئة بالموظفين وقام بتشجيعهم على اعتبار فرق عملهم كأفراد أسرهم والحفاظ على سلامتهم.
كما التقي بهم المهندس هيثم فكري، مدير إدارة العمليات وشدد على دورهم في ضمان توفير بيئة عمل آمنة لفرق العمل مع ضمان جودة الخدمة المقدمة لعملائنا وتطوير أجيال جديدة لسوق العمل.
Since “Our Employees” is one of EDC’s core values, we consider our people EDC’s main asset and their safety is our top priority.
Accordingly, to maintain safe operations and enhance our safety culture, EDC commenced the launch of the Behavior Based safety Program (BBS) for all EDC rig crews aiming to unify our safety language, empower our supervisors roles and their engagement with EDC crews, and enhance the communications between all crew members to assist us in improving EDC’s safety culture and positively reflect on our HSE performance.
Today’s sessions were attended by Eng. Ahmed Soliman, QM-HSE Director who encouraged our supervisors to look out for their teams as their own family members and become determined that the job is done correctly and safely. Additionally, Eng. Haytham Fikry, Chief Operations Manager emphasized on the supervisors role to make sure that their teams have a safe work environment at all times while ensuring the quality of service presented to our clients and developing new generations in the field
حيث شهد اليوم الثاني من فعاليات برنامج السلوك المبنى على السلامة العديد من الأنشطة التى تحث عاملي شركة الحفر المصرية على التعاون والعمل معأ كفريق واحد وتعزيز التواصل الفعال بين الموظفين من مختلف الأجهزة والوظائف.
والتقي المهندس هيثم فكري مدير إدارة العمليات بالحضور وقام بالتأكيد على أهمية سلامة العاملين لأنهم اصل من اصول الشركة كما نوه عن أن هذا البرنامج يعتبر استثمار في العاملين وبالاخص العاملين الجدد
The second day of EDC’s BBS program focuses on team building activities that enhance the idea of cooperation and working together as one and enhancing effective communications between employees from various rigs and job positions. Attending the second day was Eng.
Haytham Fikry, Chief Operations Manager, who spoke to the employees reminding them that they are the company’s main asset and that their safety is EDC’s priority. He also expressed that this program is considered an investment in EDC employees especially new hires.
